If you bring more humans than accounted for on your reservation we will charge you $100 per human over said number. 2 Small Vehicle Max in driveway. No Atvs or RVs are allowed in the subdivision. Do not block a driveway. There are 3 cameras in place outside for your protection. One facing the front driveway and the other facing the back porch/fire pit, and a door bell camera. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. There are no cameras inside the house. We provide a stand up paddle board, paddle and life vest. It is for use in the bay only. It is not for use or to be taken to the beach. After use, dry and deflate and put back in the bag. Use the fire pit AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please do not leave children unattended. Firewood and lighter are not provided. No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Beach towels are for your convenience, please wash and dry them and put away in laundry room. Our cleaners do not take care of those linens. If you are too close to checking out and do not have time to dry them, put them in the washer and start the cycle to wash. Two dogs per stay is allowed, disclosed at the time of booking, and subject to a pet fee, provided that the dog is under 40 pounds and is housebroken. We ask that the dog always be supervised in the home and not allowed on beds or other furniture. Sorry, cats are not permitted under any circumstances. We recommend that you purchase third-party travel insurance to cover a broad array of possible damages and losses. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations that are outside of our control. OWNER and OWNER’S AGENT SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES OR INJURY to Guest or Guests: It is expressly understood and agreed that Owner and Owner’s Agent will not be liable for any damages or injury to Guest or other occupants and their property from whatever cause arising from the occupancy of said premises, both inside and outside of the house, whether on the property or elsewhere. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home. This includes candles and incense. If home is smoked, in there is a $500 penalty. All guest automatically "opt in" to receive text and email from the host. Have FUN and be safe!
